It’s perfect for event designers, creative business owners, graphic designers, and custom sign makers who want to elevate their design skills and learn how to create interactive, custom pieces using Illustrator and laser cutting.

Do I need any specific tools or software for the workshop?

Yes, you will need Adobe Illustrator to follow along with the workshop. A basic knowledge of the software is required to keep up with the content. For the actual production, if you own or have access to a laser cutter, that will allow you to bring your design to life after the workshop. However, the focus of the workshop is on design and file preparation, so a laser cutter is not required to attend the class.

What if I’m a beginner in Illustrator?

Great news! If you’re a beginner, you can sign up for the Illustrator 101 Class on the day before the main workshop. This class will cover all the essential tools and features of Illustrator to get you comfortable with the software.
For an additional $60, you can attend the Illustrator 101 Class on Tuesday, then dive into the main workshop on Wednesday feeling fully prepared!
The full package for both workshops is $249 CAD, with payment options available through Sezzle.

What if I can’t attend the live session?

No worries! The workshop will be recorded, and all participants will have access to the replay for 6 months. You can watch the workshop as many times as you like during this period to revisit key techniques or catch anything you missed.
